The Top 4 Battle Arena Dota 2 Teams Will Clash in the Grand Finals this Weekend Crowning the first Battle Arena Kings

  • The Battle Arena qualifiers took place from November 24, 2018 to December 16, 2018.
  • The four remaining teams are in contention over the lion’s share of the USD 1,000 prize pool.

MET, the number one esports event organizer in Asia, along with Facebook Gaming and Pacific Esports, have set up the Battle Arena as the latest stage for Dota 2 players from across the Philippines to test their skills. The four-week online Dota 2 tournament is approaching its exciting conclusion, the all-important Grand Finals on December 22, 2018.

Each qualifier stage over four weekends has yielded one true challenger for the Battle Arena throne. The four qualified squads will meet in a final online best-of-three bracket to determine which team is most deserving of the crown. The road has been long and the challenges were numerous, but after over four weeks, a Battle Arena will be crowned this weekend.

The Grand Finals of the Battle Arena will take place on December 22, 2018. The four remaining challengers will be seeded into a single elimination best-of-three bracket where there will be only one winner. The champions will walk away with the USD 600 grand cash prize as well as the Battle Arena championship bragging rights.

The best teams have answered the call of the Battle Arena and four teams have succeeded in earning their places in the playoffs, but there will be only one true Battle Arena champion.
