Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows 2, Western Digital and Me

The day seems not right for me yesterday as a first time blogger correspondent covering the directors cut of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part 2. It was an event sponsored by Western Digital through Think Big Events and Media Management.  I was a little bit nervous covering the assignment given not only because it was my first assignment but it was my first time to watch the 10year franchise series.

At first I was thinking how stupid I am to take on an assignment that I have no background of the story or movie whatsoever, but when the camera and movie started rolling I just savor every moment and filtered details of the story. I realized without really knowing the first chapter you'll get the hang of the movie and story as long your sharp enough to analyze every detailed conversation the characters say. Good thing my wife was there with me along the way supporting me in every details that I need to input in my mind and it turn out well. It was an exciting and awkward experience for me.

Exciting in the sense that I meet new people in the said event like sir Jason Teh of “Think Big Events and Media Management.” We where able to see a product presentation and demo of Western Digital a US based company making its big waves here in the Philippines that manufactures and market hardrives. Considered as the worlds largest hardrive manufacturer and we were lucky enough to see its sneak peek of there products that is soon to be launch in the market.

A 3TB Capacity, Firewire Speed Brushed Aluminum Casing, and Automated Backup feature external drive. The newest generation of the popular My Book Studio external drives that are designed for use with Mac computers and Apple Time Machine.

SM Mall of Asia Directors Club movie house together with there large popcorn, softdrins and comfortable lazy couch is the coolest experience to see and watch a movie.  It so happens that this is also the venue of the Western Digital movie event.

Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows Part 2 a 10-year franchise movie had already grossed a whooping $6.3 billion.  This final chapter has full of twist, turns and unexpected turn of events in the main characters and the whole story.

It put me on the edge of my sit, gave a tear in my eye, excite my adrenalin and created a craving for me to find and go watch all of the francise episode. It was an experience of great privilege for me as a first time blogger to watch an epic movie even thou it was the last chapter of the series. The concept and flow of the story, twist and events of the characters that involve reminds me of my favorite anime series in Japan with a different twist of magic and sorcery.

I as a blogger, critic and movie fanatic give this movie a score 10 out of 10 and would want to recommend to all people who want to watch a movie with depth and unexpected twist.  If you have not yet watched the first series of the franchise, then please do watch it til the end to avoid such stunt I made as a correspondent blogger. ***
