JOB OPENING: QC Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review loan file for fraud, identify red flags and ensure risk factors are addressed accordingly 
  • Review income, asset, and other credit documents
  • Review AUS findings and make sure requirements are met
  • Ensure loan file met program requirements
  • Recommends fraudulent file be denied funding
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in US Mortgage is required for this position.
  • Experience in reviewing income & asset documents is preferable
  • Experience in mortgage underwriting is an advantage
  • Fresh graduate with a very good analytical and judgment skills may apply

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Supports all accounting functions in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
  • Serves as a member of the team and contributes to the corporate administration team by performing additional administrative and office operations tasks as directed.
  • Performs administrative functions including data entry, filing, processing new employee documents, and creating and updating relevant procedures.
  • Supports structuring and managing corporate finance functions within HMAC requirements. such as:
  1. Updating & Paying the MIP & VA Funding Payables
  2. Preparation of files to be uploaded in the accounting system
  3. Reviewing, recording and uploading of Purchase advise in the LOS system
  4. Sending of Payment letter to the borrowers
  5. Maintaining files of monthly bills and usage report at loan levels
  6. Provides HMAC compliant and other accounting practices support.
  7. Responsible for guiding, reporting, and ensuring compliance for company policies.
  8. Supports internal and external audits.
  • Maintains the utmost discretion in the handling of sensitive payroll and corporate financial information.
  • Understand and implement all company policies and guidelines.
  • Timely management of tax and other statutory compliance – income tax, withholding tax, reporting to BIR, SEC, SSS, etc

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): financial research and analysis, excellent communication skills, fluency in English, proficiency in accounting software common to the mortgage industry, professional experience in general accounting, MS Office.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

JOB OPENING: Post-Closing Shipper 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Package loan documents and ship to investors. 
  • Register closed loan to MERS and transfer servicing rights once purchased.
  • Prepare post‐closed CD and deliver UCD to Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac
  • Manage loans in the shipping queue. Tag the dates on the specified tabs to update parties on the status of the loan
  • Coordinate with the UW and LO in clearing investor suspense conditions.
  • Manage investors suspense items diligently to ensure the file gets sold before the lock expires. 
  • Assist queries from LO, processor, funder and team manager
  • Assist in the post‐closing audit by a third-party auditor

FUNCTIONAL JOB COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate of a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is plus. (Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.)
  • At least 1-year experience in US Mortgage
  • Experience in US mortgage loan origination & processing is a plus.

JOB OPENING: Compliance Auditor (US Mortgage)

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Audit loan disclosures to cover all aspects of compliance-related regulations governed by applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. 
  • Determines if loans were properly disclosed at multiple stages of the loan.
  • Manages pipeline of each day to meet production and quality metrics.
  • Documents findings to provide an accurate and detailed picture of the loan defect.
  • Writes clear, concise and accurate loan defects and the possible cure.
  • Maintains knowledge of all regulations governed by applicable federal and state protection laws.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3 years of US Mortgage Origination and HMDA compliance. Experience with (but not limited to) RESPA, TILA, FDPA, Regulation B, Regulation Z, FCRA, EFTA, HMDA, and ECOA.
  • Detailed understanding of the mortgage lending regulatory environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines
  • Ability to succeed in a fast pace heavy workload environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Consistent record of tracking and measuring results
