JOB OPENING - QC Analyst

TCLS Mortgage Processing Center of America, Inc. is looking for a QC ANALYST. The successful applicant will be assigned at their office in Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City.  Starting salary is above minimum wage so we are encouraging you to apply for the position.

Basic Qualification for QC Analyst

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of working experience in US Mortgage is required for this position.

Assign Location

• 10F Unit 1001 Summit One Office Tower 530 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City

TCLS QC Analyst Responsibilities

• Review loan file for fraud, identify red flags and ensure risk factors are addressed accordingly
• Review income, asset, and other credit documents
• Review AUS findings and make sure requirements are met
• Ensure loan file met program requirements
• Recommends fraudulent file be denied funding

QC Analyst Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in US Mortgage is required for this position.
• Experience in reviewing income & asset documents is preferable
• Experience in mortgage underwriting is an advantage
• Fresh graduate with a very good analytical and judgment skills may apply
• Excellent communication (verbal and oral) skills is required
• 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
