Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties

SEGA is thrilled to announce that a free demo for Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties, releasing on February 12, 2026, will be available on PlayStation®5, Nintendo Switch™ 2, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam from January 22.

This demo will give you a taste of both Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties. Explore the vibrant streets of Okinawa and Tokyo, enjoy a variety of minigames, duke it out in exhilarating combat, and experience engrossing substories.

• Play through part of the main story and select substories.
• Explore Downtown Ryukyu.
• Engage in enhanced combat with Kiryu's Dragon of Dojima: Kiwami and Ryukyu battle styles.
• Enjoy karaoke and other minigames.
• Personalize your flip phone with a selection of accessories.
• Dress Kiryu in stylish apparel before heading out on the town.

Dark Ties

• Play through part of the main story.
• Explore parts of Kamurocho.
• Punish enemies using Mine's shootboxing-inspired battle style.
• Enjoy mahjong and other minigames.
• ave data from the demo cannot be carried over to the full version of the game.

Pre-Order Bonus trailer Ichiban Kasuga

By pre-ordering the game, you'll be able to use Ichiban Kasuga as a member of your gang in Bad Boy Dragon—an all-new mode offering team vs. team combat.

This special bonus will be bundled with physical copies of the game for a limited time. Those who pre-order the digital version by 10:59 PM on February 11, 2026 (UTC+8) will also receive this pre-order bonus.
