VXI Wins Prestigious Best Company of the Year Award

VXI Philippines won its first-ever Best Company of the Year award as well as Best Contact Center and BPO Company of the Year and Most Innovative Company of the Year at the 13th International ICT Awards, cementing its rightful place as one of today's premier IT-BPO/BPM companies in the Philippines.




“I am very proud to be part of VXI. We respond to the challenges we face every year by recording consistent growth, making steady progress, and achieving new milestones. This award is a recognition of the hard work of each and every member of our growing VXI family. It made it possible for us to achieve the successes we experience today,” said Jared Morrison, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of VXI.

VXI as First Time Awardee 

It was memorable as it was historic – with VXI recording a rare three-peat for Best Contact Center and BPO Company of the Year, winning the award in 2017, 2018, and 2019 and named Hall of Fame awardee.

Winning Most Innovative Company of the Year for the second straight year highlights VXI’s culture of technological innovation resulting in local and international recognition. VXI continues to innovate not just to adapt but to be one step ahead, building intuitive technology that benefits VXI, the IT-BPO/BPM industry, and companies from other industries as well.

VXI was also awarded two gold and two silver trophies at the 13th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service held in Las Vegas, NV. The Stevie Awards is the world's premier business awards.

Winning at the International ICT Awards and Stevie Awards is an excellent start to 2019 which promises to be a remarkable year of growth and bigger milestones for VXI. This year, VXI will inaugurate two new sites and expects to reach the 20,000-mark for employee headcount.
