Sambo Kojin Review SM Megamall

Buffets are one of the in things today in a time where food business is perhaps the number one thing.  During an office bonding we decided to eat at a buffet and during that time something really shocking happened.  Here is my SAMBO KOJIN REVIEW for their SM Megamall Branch.

Food at Sambo Kojin

Sambo Kojin is one of the top buffets in the country.  They have a wide variety of selections when it comes to food but the most noticeable is their variety of Japanese and Korean food.  I would say their food is also very tasty and cooked to perfection - Umami style.

Sambo Kojin probably has one of the biggest selection of Sushi and Japanese specialties.  I have tried their Okonomiyaki, Ramen, Katsu, Tempura, Teppan and almost everything on the venue.  The food is really good.  Highly recommended.

Ambiance at Sambo Kojin

It is a typical buffet restaurant but the good thing here is they have a grill where you can cook food specially Japanese Yakiniku and Korean Samgyupsal.  The venue was not too crowded and it was well ventilated.

THE SHOCKER. Here is the shocker though to what could have been our very good experience.  We are about to get a plate under the drawers when we suddenly notice that there were small cockroaches with them.  There was literally a bunch of them.  I then asked the waiter to change the plates because it was contaminated.

THE LESSON.  Better check utensils and plates before actually using them.  If we have not then that then we could just end up sick.

Sambo Kojin Rating and Details

I will be giving Sambo Kojin a rating of 3.0/5.0.  This is largely due to the lapse that they have on sanitation that day.  I am not saying this is a bad place, it was just my experience was not particularly good because of what I experienced.
