I am not a fan of Buffalo Wings, that is why when my friend Eleazar Santos invited me to try out Buffalo's Wings N' Things at SM Megamall I was hesitant but because I want to try something new, I ended eating there. Because I am in for something different I decided to try a hot meal - the Buffalo's Wings N' Things Nuclear Flavor Wings.
Food at Buffalo's Wings N' Things
We order them CHAMPION BUFFALO WINGS 12 PCS (Php384) and decided to go for the "Nuclear Sauce" and "New York's Finest.".
The Buffalo Wings nuclear sauce was extremely hot indeed. I got a hiccup immediately since I swallow it instantly. As I get another one, the chili subsided and I was able to tolerate it but still it is one hot wing. Nuclear Sauce is about 400k - 500K on the Scoville Heat Unit (SHU).
New York's Finest was just a regular sauce but I do not like the taste of it really. There was an aftertaste which I dislike. I am not saying that it is bad but I just do not like it.
Next time we will be choosing the next level of hotness which is the Gangnam Style at 650K SHU.

I will be giving Buffalo's Wings N' Things a rating of 4.0/5.0. I love the place and I like their service. The pricing is very affordable and the food is great. I will definitely return.
