Success is really something that will come if your food tastes very good. I remember my first encounter with this brand, March 2016 at Valero Eat Street 2. During that time they only have one physical store and that's it but today they have 8 outlets so far in Metro Manila. Here is our PEPI CUBANO REVIEW.
Food at Pepi Cubano
What made Pepi Cubano famous is their Cuban Sandwich. It is tasty and very unique, the shape especially. During my first encounter with them, they have a small kiosk at Valero Eat Street 2 and offer their delicious specialty sandwich to everyone.
Pepi Cubano (Php165) is their best seller. This is a slow roasted pork Cuban sandwich with ham, pickles, mustard, and cheese. After 2 years, thanks to my friend, I found my way back to their outlet and my pallet got a dose of this delicious food once again.
My friend tried, Pan de Bistec (Php170). This is thinly sliced beef with spicy shoestring potatoes, cheese, sliced jalapenos, and caramelized onions). Both of these Cuban sandwiches are really good and to our surprise, we are already full by just eating half of it.
Besides Cuban sandwiches they also have Arroz Cubano which are rice meals. Price of each rice meal starts at Php150.
We also tried their Guava Lemonade and it is so delicious. I was surprised with the taste because I never expected that it will really taste like guava.
Pepi Cubao Rating and Details
I will be giving Pepi Cubano a rating of 5.0/5.0. I am not rating the place here because it is a regular place you will see at the mall but the food is really awesome. They offer something unique and authentic.
