Nadai Fujisoba Food Review

We are in search of a new Japanese restaurant to go to at SM Megamall and then we found NADAI FUJISOBA located on the ground floor of The Block.  This is our first time to eat here and it seems that their noodles are worth trying.  So here we go...

Nadai Fujisoba Ambiance

Immerse yourself in a restaurant with lots of Japanese artwork.  It is just a small restaurant occupying just one straight space with an accommodation only good for around 50 people or even less.  This restaurant will give you a feeling that you are somehow in Japan and they are pretty much very accommodating.

Food at Red Nadai Fujisoba

Well, we only want to buy something that is affordable since our budget is around Php500 but we missed out the budget and decided to eat more,

Potato Croquette Hot Soba (Php230).  I am searching this now at the menu available in Zomato but it seems it is not listed.  There is just a potato croquette that can be bought separately.  This one, however, is a ramen in itself and you will enjoy the taste of crunchy potatoes plus the hot noodles with just the right flavoring in your mouth.  Very authentic Japanese.

Niku Fuji Udon (Php280).  For me, I ordered this one.  It contains thicker noodles called Udon with sliced beef, half boiled eggs, onion leeks and wakame seaweed.  This is the first time for me to try a very authentic Japanese ramen and I am very satisfied as well.  There is a generous serving of the beef plus I can say that if ever I visit Japan this will indeed be close to the taste and flavor there.

We also ordered a tempura mixture which consists of Ebi Ten (Prawn tempura), Kisu Ten (Fish Tempura), and Yasai Kakiage (Mixed Vegetable Tempura).  I cannot see this in the menu as well but when you go to the restaurant this will be in the menu.  We are highly recommending this since you will have the chance to taste everything.  Their tempura is well cooked and the flavors are really good.

Matcha Ice Cream (Php100).  For our dessert, we decided to get our favorite flavor in almost all dessert.  This one tastes real matcha compared to others who will only give you a hint of the taste.

Nadai Fujisoba Rating and Details

This is another very good Japanese ramen restaurant for me and I am giving is a rating of 5.0/5.0.
