We finally got to visit Recipes at Trinoma. It was just a small restaurant but mind you because it will offer you the best food that you will never expect to taste. This restaurant offers authentic Filipino food and well, I would say original because it is a recipe made just for the restaurant.
Gising-Gising. This is a local Pinoy dish that is originally very hot and spicy but this one is a bit toned down to satisfy everyone. Despite being toned down you will enjoy it because of its savory taste.
Laing. Another local Filipino food made from "Gabi" well I do not know the English name of that but it's a plant usually used to cook food in the Bicol Region. Again this one is not so spicy and is just right to the taste.
We also tried their Pandan Ice Cream which is also satisfying.
Recipes restaurant is truly a highly recommended restaurant when visiting Trinoma. We also reviewed their branch at 8 Missouri which offered additional desserts.
