Manila Buffets: Food Exchange Manila at Novotel Manila Araneta Center

Food Exchange Manila located at Novotel Manila at the center of Araneta Center Cubao and right beside Araneta Colosseumis is probably one of the most elegant and unique buffets I have ever visited.   Noise was significantly reduced, the ambiance was really relaxing and the design was something that would captivate every visitor including you.

These seemingly fabric curtains was one of the first thing that caught my attention.  I was surprised to learn that these were made of dog chains bundled together to form a whole and unique design.  Amazing indeed.

The Vegetable Biryani as very authentic.  I really enjoyed the Indian Station here not only because it is delicious but also because very few buffets feature Indian food in their selection.  I could have eaten more but currently to be honest I am on a diet.

I also tried the Stir Fry Shrimp though it seems to have been mistakenly placed since it is like fish fillet, anyway, the food was still good.  I missed the shrimp though.

Spicy Beef was pretty good as well and mind you for me it is really spicy.  The beef was just right for me and the flavoring was just right.  I am not a fan of spicy foods but if the spice can be tolerable, I would go for it. For those who like a bit more spicy then just add more.

The best seller for me would be their Malunggay Pesto Pasta.  This is the first time that I really appreciated the way Pesto was added to the Pasta.  For the information of everyone each food here is prepared freshly.  I saw with my own eyes how the pasta was made.  One concern here would be the fact that it's a bit oily.

I also tried their Churros which was too sweet for me.  I am impressed by the fact that they have their own Churros machine which makes every serving freshly made for your enjoyment.

I might not have featured everything here nor do I have the capacity to try out all of the food at Food Exchange Manila but if there is one thing I would say to you, it is the fact that you should visit it.  Experience international food as well as local favorites like puto, kutsinta, puto bumbong, sapin-sapon, halu-halo and more.

Don't mind the plate I used because I was really glad to see that they have inviting plates designed for kids and for kids at heart like me :D.
