I am sure all of us are already experiencing a huge problem with Globe Telecom services nowadays. Most prominent of this is is the delay on their text service or SMS messaging. Globe texts are mostly delayed since the start of 2012. Some texts arrived as late as a day and the lowest delay is about a minute or so.
These Globe text delays will surely hamper many personal and business transactions and for some also create personal problems. A person for example who cannot call would use text message for an emergency situation and imagine the effect if these texts would be delayed in cases like crime or life and death situations.
Globe Telecom needs to improve its services and the National Telecommunication Commission should check this problem with their system.
