1. This promo is open to ALL Smart Bro Prepaid subscribers.
2. Every Smart Bro Prepaid subscriber will be entitled to get free fifteen (15) minutes of internet, daily during the entire promo duration.
3. No registration required to avail of the free fifteen minutes of internet.
4. The prepaid subscriber must have an active sim card (active prepaid account) to avail of the promo.
5. The subscriber must also have a Php 1.00 maintaining balance to avail of the free fifteen (15) minutes.
6. If a prepaid account has load, the free fifteen (15) minutes will be consumed first before it makes use of the load in the prepaid account.
7. Subscriber must use all free fifteen (15) minutes of internet in one use only.
8. Free fifteen (15) minutes is not cumulative and it expires daily.
9. On top of the Free Fifteen minutes of internet, Smart Bro is giving away free prizes everyday for the entire promo duration.
10. This raffle promo is open to all Smart Bro prepaid subscribers who have successfully registered and checked-in for the said raffle promo.
11. The subscriber can register in Smart Bro’s microsite at www.smartbro15.com or at the Facebook Tab found at Smart Communication’s Facebook page. The subscriber must type his/her full name, and email address.
12. Once the subscriber has registered, a verification code will be emailed to them. The user should enter this code together with his contact number and postal address.
13. Take note that only Smart Bro users can participate in the raffle promo.
14. The subscriber only needs to register once. After registration, the subscriber can check-in easily by just clicking the CHECK-IN button.
15. From 9:00am to 12:00mn, Smart Bro will give away one prize per hour. Total of 15 prizes per day.

17. There will be one winner per prize with a total of 15 winners per day. A subscriber can join and get a chance to win 15 times per day as long as he or she has registered and checks-in every hour.
18. A subscriber can also join the raffle promo everyday for the entire promo duration as long as he follows the registration and check-in procedure.
19. The system will generate one winner per every item in a given hour and the winner will be notified via postal mail, email and SMS. Also, the list of all 15 winners will be posted on Smart’s Facebook (Tab) the following day or the next working day.
20. Winners residing in Metro Manila can claim their prizes at Unit 20 Ecoville, Metropolitan Avenue, Makati City. Winners must bring their Smart Bro Prepaid Dongle and Valid ID for them to claim their prizes.
21. Winners outside Metro Manila can get their prizes via courier service provided by the proponent. Winners outside Metro Manila should still present their Smart Bro Prepaid Dongle and Valid ID to the courier before the courier will surrender the prize to the winner.
22. Prizes are not convertible to cash* but are transferable.
23. Proponent of the Promo will shoulder the 20% tax of items worth above Php10,000.00
24. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days upon the first notification in Metro Manila. Prizes that were not claimed after the claiming period will be considered property of the proponent of the promo, upon the approval of DTI. Prizes outside Metro Manila will be sent via courier services within 30 days upon notification of the promo organizer and the confirmation of the winner.
25. Employees of Smart Communications Inc. and its partner agencies are not eligible to join the raffle promo.
26. Promo duration is from November 21, 2010 to December 20, 2010 only.
